Use of the bdtk36 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout the period of membership:

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond bdtk36's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet service provider outages, network congestion, or force majeure events) may result in temporary service unavailability. bdtk36 will use reasonable efforts to notify Members of planned maintenance periods in advance where possible.
Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude bdtk36's liability for fraud, death or personal injury resulting from bdtk36's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
bdtk36 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member's account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Members who wish to voluntarily close their bdtk36 account may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to identity verification. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.
In cases of account suspension pending investigation, bdtk36 will retain any account balance until the investigation is concluded. Where a breach is confirmed, bdtk36 may withhold some or all of the balance in accordance with applicable legal obligations and these Terms & Conditions.

If a Member does not accept the revised terms, they must cease using the platform and request account closure.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with a Member's use of the bdtk36 platform shall be subject to the laws applicable in the relevant jurisdiction to the extent permitted. bdtk36 aims to resolve all Member disputes through its internal complaints procedure in the first instance.
